Nice location
I would of given this facility 5 stars. However, on move in day I was unable to access the loading dock which made my move in take a little longer. Also the language barrier was a battle. The initial gentleman I spoke with I believe misinformed Me about the $7.95 fire insurance coverage. I believe this is optional according to the contract but he stated I must accept this charge. Waiting to see how this is handled. Other than that all is well.

ABC's marketing is deceptive. Their website and associates marketing partners list their promotional prices as their regular prices, so when you arrive, you will learn that your rate for month two and beyond is double what you expect to pay. Also, if you want to use the cart you pay...insurance is required...an administrative fee is collected up front. On the upside, this storage is all indoors and climate controlled. You have 24/7 access to your belongings, and that may come in handy when you find a better deal elsewhere. I won't be staying long, and I won't recommend this facility.

Exit entry too difficult for unloading /Loading
Price is great but it's too difficult to load and unload when you keep having to enter a code every time you enter facility and also their stairs

They got cockroaches and the price online is not the price in store
I only put my stuff there because I'm on a time crunch. When I arrived the price had doubled and the dude at the counter didn't understand anything I said and I just gave up and paid. If I'd have known I was going to come in in the morning and see roaches everywhere (not necessarily in my unit, just all over the facility) I would have kept looking. I'm going to do everything in my power to make my stay there as short as possible.
