Spectacular Experience First Time Customer
Philip is Awesome, he followed up right away as it was an overnight reservation. He was very kind professional, accommodating &thorough about the process and answering all my many questions. He went above and beyond, in all aspects showing me the Unit I picked.. but then helped me upgrade to a size more suitable as the one I picked was too small. On move in day, I was having trouble with elevator access code..But he came down immediately to help. In my 20 plus years as a Professional in Hospitality myself.. I was impressed by the Customer Service I received. He has a great demeanor, positivity, friendliness and professionalism.. I’m lucky and blessed to have found a place that values Customers and Cares, it just feels right! Thank you!!
