As a frequent storage auction buyer for nearly 2 decades I can say with confidence: This storage facility sets the bar for a top tier provider. Their auctions are 100% legitimate, honest and fair. The facility is clean, well managed and extremely large and easy to navigate with trucks and trailers / equipment. I rarely rent a unit, but found it necessary - to facilitate the removal of my auction winnings (LARGE EQUIPMENT). William, assisted me with the paperwork promptly and efficiently. William is knowledgeable, concise and by the book - in the best ways possible. He provided me with his contact information and encouraged me to coordinate with him on the removal of the LARGE EQUIPMENT, to ensure everything would operate smoothly. His assistance has been paramount in my success for dealing with this storage auction - buying, storage and removal. 5 stars, 10 stars! Wish they could all be this good.

My wife and I recently rented a storage unit at Compass Self Storage in Tavares. Manager Ben was friendly, helpful and professional. He answered all our questions and made insightful suggestions.
