I’ve had an amazing experience with Extra Space Storage. The process was easy, the facility has been great, and I’m really glad I chose to do business with them. Every time I’ve called customer service, they’ve been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. They always answered my questions and made everything simple. I truly have no complaints—great service all around!

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and I’m very pleased to be a new renter! Omar S. was patient and knowledgeable. He was delighted to help me see a small space on site that was available to fit my storage needs and answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. This location is so clean, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. We only needed the unit for less than a month and when I called to reserve my unit, the lady that assisted me was so sweet. She found me the best deal, basically made my unit free. I have recommended this location to a few of my friends already.

Scam artist! The owner will not allow myself to conduct my business as I have for many years and will tell you to leave your property and charge your account knowing that they refuse to allow you to access your property. This man acts as if he is above the law knowing it's illegal to do so. Once he gets sued I'm sure things will change for the better with a better outlook for the one paying the bill. Completely arrogant and disrespectful for the ones that make a living selling what is stored.

The store manager is amazing and so helpful. He took the time to show us all the units and explained what items need climate control. The units are very clean and the location is very secure. I would recommend this place, management makes you feel very welcomed.
