Extra Space Storage - 3401 - Arlington Heights - Rand Rd

Me and my girlfriend needed to rent a unit in a hurry it was our first time renting a storage unit. I spoke with Logan over the phone and he walked me through the process. He explained everything thoroughly while also being fun to talk to. Once I got to the facility his manager Martin was extremely friendly. He walked us to our storage unit while explaining how the app worked and all the locks at the facility. Staff was extremely helpful who way through and the facility seems perfect for what we need.

Marty, the manager is a wonderful employee. Always helpful, he has offered assistance to me on many occasions. Sadly, your facility has a very bad water leak right over my unit. He has been right there to clean up the mess within a minute of my call to him on the water. He offered close by storage right away and helped me move wet items there. He contacted repair people immediately. I honestly would have left your facility without Marty’s assistance. A good guy and one who always waves when I’m in the place. Such a great experience! Signing up online was super easy. I rented a unit for the next day, and it was super easy to enter the facility without the office actually being open. I was able to locate my unit quickly, and it was open, clean, and ready for use. Once the office was open, Dave made sure to check that I was all good. He was very friendly. Very happy with this facility!

Marty was amazing. He helped me open the storage (I had lost the key) and made the moving experience easy and pleasant. Thank you, Marty!!!!
