Premier Storage - Marion

I currently have a storage unit and I travel so rarely home but I am extremely confident in the security at the location and my payment is automatically taken out each month. The people ive talked to are very knowledgeable and courteous. Won't be using any other place n for my needs

Very quick and easy to secure our spot online! I love that all of the storage units are secured by a gate. Everything was extremely user-friendly. The pin code for the gate was texted to me with a minute after payment for my unit. They also provide you with a lock for your storage unit that you can find inside, although you can use your own to eliminate an additional charge for using their lock- BUT you get to keep it after you move out. Area is secluded without large traffic areas to keep out unwanted guests.

I have been with premier storage for a couple years now and I it has always been a very pleasant experience. I initially thought there would be issues because it’s all virtual but to my surprise it’s much easier. They leave the key in the storage and you can move on and out without dealing with anyone.

Was a nice facility. Used a unit for 2 years. Liked being able to pay online. Was easy to get in and out of unit and facility. Was easy to end our agreement. Best of luck in your business.

Beware this place will raise your rent once you move in and often doesn’t even close the gates to ensure safe keeping of your items. I’m a little unsure how they have posted rates of $69 for a 10x20 when I’m paying over $100 a month. *** no this does not alter my review and you’re right… after being there nearly a year I finally was credited for the promotions I should have received upon moving in. My main concern is the safety of my belongings and there seems to be car loads of people driving around your units routinely at night which is supposed to be secure and gated. I have taken pictures probably 30-40 separate times where your gate is wide open for anybody to come right in. Not sure if you’re aware but a basic bolt cutter gives anybody access to any of those units with the cheap locks you provide. I also pay very close attention and these cars are never loading or unloading items. I am working on getting rid of what I have stored there and then it will no longer be my problem.
