I’ve had such a great experience with this storage company! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, helpful staff who clearly care about their customers. The customer service here is on another level — they truly go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. The prices are fantastic and very reasonable for the quality you get. The office and facility are always super clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference and shows how much pride they take in what they do. I want to give special recognition to Mickey Richards, the store manager. He’s absolutely incredible! Mickey goes above and beyond for everyone — he’s patient, professional, and genuinely wants to help his customers. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and makes sure every experience is a positive one. I've been at this location for years, and since Extra Space took over you can see the difference in safety (added cameras )and customer service. The unit are clean and well lit. Mickey and Justin have great communication and positive attitudes... Rates are market price, and if you check online you might catch a special...

Mickey was awesome!! Super helpful on the phone and in person and got me set up before I left! Front door is also fixed so it makes it easier to get to my unit, thanks Mickey! :)
