Great service from the person on the help line and great customer service from the person on the facility

So far, so good! No forced $ "extras" is nice.
Good so far.They don't force you to pay for any extras beyond the storage unit price. You need to make an appointment with them to get started. Be prepared to bring your own lock for the unit. They do not require cylinder locks like one place told me "they all do". Any padlock style will work.
