Public Storage has lost my trust and my business. I rented a space at a "promotional" rate, with no indication that the pricing would change and even says on their website that you lock in the pricing and won't change even if the prices go up later. They require you use autopay, then six months later jack the prices up 200%, then another 50% 3 months later, without so much as a phone call. Poor property manager has no control over pricing and is forced to take the brunt of burned customers' frustration. Shame on you Public Storage .

Moving this time was quite stressful however, Robert and Ashley made the process so much easier. I also appreciate the security features at this facility. Discounted rate online was also honored when I booked one of the Storage units with Local property manager.

I rented for the first time, and the process was very easy! The Kelly location felt very safe and it’s also gated. Had no issues going in and out :) would definitely recommend

We had a great experience renting here paste year, so we came back for our next move. Ashley at the front desk was very helpful in getting us situated when the initial unit we rented wasn’t going to work for us anymore. I appreciated the prompt and kind help!
