Extra Space Storage - 3444 - Carpentersville - Randall Rd

Had a great experience at this location with the Assistant Store Manager, Anita, which I would like to share. Anita opened the door and greeted me with a smile as I entered the storage office. I explained what I was looking for, she listened carefully and she was able to assist me in making the purchase. But most importantly, her hospitality made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to show me a few storage units, and I was able to decide on a unit that worked out. I have used Extra Space Storage in the past, and I am a happy repeat customer. The building has great security, is very clean, and most of all, has knowledgeable friendly staff to help their customers to find a solution that works for them. Thank you, Anita, for your guidance, compassion in listening to my needs, and providing a great experience.

When it comes to customer service this places has the best team you will get anywhere -Steve is in a class of his own. A truly exceptional service provider and a decent human! Unfortunately I left because Extra Space Storage are all about charging you extra and attempting to increase fees regularly!! If the company maintained stable prices and valued loyalty I’d have stayed for ever because Steve’s service will Not be beaten anywhere - it’s 10 star!! Thank you Steve and Anita - a great team!! These guys are amazing. We were turned off by the customer service at our current storage facility and came over to ask questions about this Extra Space location. Anita came off of her lunch early and spent a good hour with us answering all of our questions and helping us with the switch. They genuinely care about your experience here!

The manager Steve is so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable of his facility and helped us find the perfect unit at the best price. The place is super clean and I feel safe being there alone. I feel confident that my personal items are safe and sound!

Steve and Anita were awesome. Steve has been helping me out for the past year and a half - could not be more pleased with his professionalism and kindness. The only negative thing would be the extreme price increases. Its crazy how often it is and how much it increases.
