I recently had the pleasure of visiting ExtraSpace Storage and working with Elizabeth Esposito, the assistant store manager. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her professionalism and dedication to customer service. Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was seamless and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. Elizabeth took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable information about the storage options available. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, making the process feel effortless. I’ve had a great experience renting from this storage facility. The place is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind from day one. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or needs. Access is easy and convenient, and the pricing is fair with no surprises. I would definitely recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free storage solution

The facility itself is nice — it’s fairly new, which is always a plus. However, once the online teaser rate expires, expect to spend at least 100% more for the space you rent. I have a 5x10 on the second floor, and the rate was $32/ mo at the beginning. Once the rate expired, it jumped to $57. Still not bad. Then I received a notification less than a week ago that the rate would jump to $112 at the beginning of November. Incremental increases can and should be expected, but it should never be that dramatic, and multiple increases within a 12 month period is just asinine. Personally, 50 square feet on the second floor of a storage facility should never be that much unless the staff are moving the stuff for you and dusting the contents of each unit. I’ll be moving out at the end of the month.
