This place was very helpful! I had to unexpectedly move my belongings out of the place I was storing them, as much stress as it already was after finding these guys I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had to stress about anything! Very helpful and understanding staff! Thanks so much for everything!

Reservation not a guarantee
I reserved a 10x5 climate controlled unit with a move-in date a week later. On the day the last unit I was shown was a triangular shaped unit with a size of 4’ by 6” by 10”. Yes, the one side was inches away from the door and completely unusable space. I was told they had two other units when I reserved but gave them away. I do not blame the employees but this is corporate “bait & switch” tactics. I called but although the unit I viewed was climate controlled the company rep said they did not even have any CC units at that location. Bottom line the employees are helpful but the corporation is severely lacking and are not trustworthy.
